Star Trek: Next Generation crossover Beta - Bertie Summary-Two men learn a lot about themselves when Q is well, Q. Acknowledgments -Well, what can be said! This baby took over a year to write. It originally started out has an exercise in writing a slash character with an 'animal' encounter, shall I say. Well, this baby had a mind of its own. And, no 'animal' encounter occurred. However, lots of slash, angst, adventure did happen. During the way to being finished, I had a lot of help. Bertie. My Goddess of Grammar for one. I'm telling you guys, she was/is GRRRRREAT and has a heart of gold. If you get hot and bother by the steamy sex scenes, blame her. I read slash, love slash, don't write it well...she does!!!! Albert Green, A STNG writer who can be found on Fan Fiction Net under, AlbertG. If I am called the crossover queen by my writing group, he is most definitely a crossover KING. Go over to the site, and read his prose, it is all PG rating, but good writing is good writing ANYWHERE. Also, I want to thank him for giving me science lessons. I know nothing of the Star Trek world per se, at least the techno babble. I still don't. However, because of his patience, and 'suggestions', I hope, I will not be Flamed by Techno-Geeks for getting the 'numbers' wrong. Also, JohnnySnowball, another writer on the Net, who gave me last minute techno advice. Also, pointed some glaring over usage of certain word(s)...Thanks to all for giving me encouragement. And, thank you Vyper for posting this on the BSG list for me. If there is anyone else, mea culpa, ....So, it is here. Also, though "B" has gone over this more time than she'd like to count. All mistakes are mine...well, really I'm blaming it on the computer:-)LQ | |
